Rule 1/0(m,i) : The Game of Nomic
Nomic shall refer to the specific instance of a Nomic game which possesses the body of rules containing this definition, unless it is made clear, whether explicitly or via the context, that Nomic refers to something else. To this end, all permutations of letter case of Nomic shall be considered equivalent.

Rule 2/0(i,i) : Definition of Player
A Player shall be defined as a game entity who is represented by one and only one real, living human being who consents to said representation. A Player shall be identified by his or her corresponding real human surname.
Rule 2/1(i,i) : Definition of Player
A Player shall be defined as a game entity who is represented by one and only one real, living human being who consents to said representation. A Player shall be identified by his or her corresponding real human fore- and surnames.
Rule 2/2(i,i) : Definition of Player
A Player is a game entity represented by one and only one real, living, human being who consents to said representation and is not already represented in the game as another Player.

A Player shall be identified, for recordkeeping purposes, by eir corresponding real human fore- and surnames or eir email address if eir real name does not uniquely identify em within the game; and by any unambiguous name in all else.

Rule 2/3(i,a) : Definition of Player

Rule 3/0(i,a) : Definition of Majority
For a given r, an r-majority shall be defined as a function from the positive integers to the positive integers, whose value for an argument N is the smallest integer m such that m is greater than or equal to r multiplied by N. A simple majority shall be defined as an (N+1)/(2N)-majority.

Rule 4/0(i,i) : Definition of Initial Ruleset
The Initial Set consists of the original versions of Rules 101-116 (immutable) and 201-213 (mutable).
Rule 4/1(m,i) : Definition of Forfeit
A Player forfeits iff he ceases to fit the definition of a Player.
Rule 4/2(m,a) : Definition of Forfeit
A Player forfeits if e ceases to fit the definition of a Player. Players may leave the game only through forfeiture.

Rule 5/0(i,i) : Emperorship
1) Tom Mueller, Josh Kortbein, and Tom Plagge are the only members of the Berserker Imperial Triumvirate, and each should be referred to as an Emperor in all Berserker correspondence.

2) There are a special class of Proposals called Imperial Proposals. An Imperial Proposal can be created only by an Emperor, and is resolved only after being voted on by all Emperors. Votes by anything other than an Emperor are immediately destroyed, and to pass, and Imperial Proposal must, among all existing votes on it, be unanimous. When Imperial Proposals pass, the changes they describe shall be carried out on the ruleset.

3) Tastefully Pink Shrubberies shall be the official plants of Berserker Nomic.

Rule 5/1(i,i) : Emperorship
