Well these sound interesting. Though personally I'm not so keen on having to brush up on assembly... Somehow I think getting a particular string on to std out would be really difficult, but thats just a hunch. Also wouldn't having multiple proposals at the same time become confusing on exactly how to implement?
Personally maybe grid nomic would be fun, the movement rules allow for the game to really turn into many many of the options people have presented it all depends on what we do with it.
Though maybe Jeff the reason you thought about a pre-programmed thing was to save work on your part. If so maybe something in Java would be cool...
