22 - Case Law, Revised (Marc Fleury)
This proposal has three parts:
1. Create a new section in "The Laws" called "Case Law"
2. Add a new Law in "Laws Pertaining to the Court" as follows:

When the Chief Justice of the Court announces a Court Decision to the Senate,
that announcement is recorded in Case Law.

3. Add a new Law in "Laws Pertaining to the Court" as follows:

Case Laws may only be repealed or amended
a) by subsequent Court Decisions,
b) by nullification as per Law C1, or
c) by agreement of two-thirds of the Senate.
20 - Wattle (Mark Nau)
Create an entry under "Items:"
Wattle: The owner of the Wattle can, at any time, state that he has stuck
the Wattle in a bottle, or that he is holding it in his hand. The Active
Player who has most recently won a Round in the Arena is always the owner of
the Wattle. The owner of the Wattle may be referred to as "Bruce."
