Your using the exploit block rules to change the way an exploit block works, making it retroactice, rather than preemptive.

Thats a rule change, rather than an exploit block. At least to my mind. But the public shall decide I guess...

Exploit blocks dont propose solutions. They identify problems and use a stock standard solution to fix them. That being if their actions come under the block, they are reversed.
