CRAP INVISIBILITY GLOBULE THAT DOESN'T WORK
He's Behind You

There exist non-transferable entities known as the " delimited "Acme Buzzing Pants". At the instant this rule came into existence, each player owned, and was wearing, one, and only, pair of Acme Buzzing Pants. A player may own at most one such pair.

Acme Buzzing Pants, as their name suggests, emit a buzzing sound but only while they are being worn. It is this sound that allows a player to know where other players are. If at any time a player is not wearing a pair of Acme Buzzing Pants, they do not need to notify other players when their location changes.

Acme buzzing pants can only be removed, put on, created or destroyed where a rule explicitly requires them to be so.

Amend rule 1001, entitled the double quote delimited "Entities" by replacing its current text with the following *** delimited text:

***

Entities are imaginary things which are, for the purpose of the game, treated to some extent as if they existed. Entities have no properties which can effect the rules or game state other than those defined in the rules.

***

Renumber rule 1002, entitled the double quote delimited "Name That Thing" as rule 1003.

Create a new rule, numbered 1002, entitled the double quote delimited "Avatars" with the following *** delimited text:

***

Associated with every player is one non-transferable entity known as an avatar.

A player controls his avatar directly through his actions in accordance with the rules then in effect. By using his avatar a player may interact with entities, including other avatars. Players can not directly interact with entities other than their avatars; they must instead use their avatars to do such things.

If a player is said to perform an action, and the action involves an entity, it is assumed that the player performs the action by way of controlling his avatar. Likewise, if an action is to be performed upon a player, or if a status is to be placed upon the player, if an entity is involved, the action is assumed to happen to the player's avatar.

Commonsense may dictate that at other times when the player is said but the player's avatar is meant. When this occurs, interpret it to mean the player's avatar.

***

[I have no motivation to go through all of the rules and pick out every single entity use of the word player. With the final three paragraphs of the main rule, I think I made it so that this is unnecessary. If you disagree, please feel free to make the reforms through proosal or BH.]

Amend Rule 1005, entitled the double quote delimited "Owners", by replacing the second paragraph with the following *** delimited text:

***

Avatars may own entities. If a player is said to own an entity, it is really his avatar which is meant to own the entity in question.

***

[This next bit is only a temporary fix. I plan to split this rule (1075) into two later, as was outlined in a pre-avatar furor RFC, but until then I should keep the rule in working order.]

Amend rule 1075, entitled the double quote delimited "Life and Death", by removing the final sentence of the first paragraph.

Each entity representation of a player (ERP) is replaced by an avatar which is associated with the player who was represented by the ERP. Each avatar is placed in the zone which held its predecessor. All entities owned by the ERP being replaced are owned by the avatar replacing it.

Create a new rule numbered 701, named "Various Positions", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
Certain Titles may be Positions. A Position is a Title which may carry with it some Duties, some Privileges, and some Payment. For any Position X, the holder of that position may be referred to as "the X". A player who holds any Position may be referred to as a Functionary.

Duties are tasks which Functionaries must perform to the best of their ability. If it is pointed out that a Functionary has not correctly performed one of their Duties, they must correct the error.

Privileges are actions which Functionaries may perform, if they desire to do so.

Payment is any form of recompense, in the form of Donuts, points, or other entities which are given to Functionaries in return for performing their Duties.

If the rules state that any Payment takes place daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, and do not otherwise specify what those periods refer to, they shall be considered to mean at the beginning of each calendar period.

If the rules state that any Duty or Privilege may or must be performed daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, and do not otherwise specify what those periods refer to, then it may be performed at most once within that calendar period.
@@@

Create a new rule numbered 703, named "Tracking", with the following @@@ delimited text.
@@@
A Functionary may have a duty to track something. If this is the case, then that Functionary must keep a record of the state of that thing. This need only be at the current time, unless the Functionary has a duty to track that thing historically, in which case the state of that thing in the past must be recorded as well. [For example, if the Speaker is required to track the Rules, then the Speaker must keep a record of the current rules, and if the Speaker is required to track Proosals historically, then the Speaker must track all Proosals ever.]

When a Functionary has a duty to track something, then that Functionary must make available on public request the current state of that thing. This may be done either by sending a public message containing that information, or by maintaining a web page detailing that information, providing that the URL of that web page has been publicly announced. It is considered Good Form for a Functionary to also respond to private requests for the state of anything he tracks, but it is not required.
@@@

Create a new rule, numbered 710, named "Passing the Mantle", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
Any Functionary may, at any time, attempt to transfer any Position they hold to an other non-Vegetable player publicly stating that they are doing so, specifying which Position is involved. If the other player publicly accepts the transfer within 3 days, the Position is transferred.
@@@

Create a new rule, numbered 715, named "Impeachment" with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
If at any time a player feels that a Functionary is not performing their duties to the best of their ability, they may call for the Impeachment of that player from that Position.

Impeachment is a Hearing, except that the player under Impeachment may not vote in the Hearing. Nor may any non-player voters. The Caller is the person who called for the Impeachment. Valid votes are "Don't Impeach" and "Impeach".

When the Hearing is over, the Functionary will be removed from office if and only if at least two thirds of the votes cast in the Hearing were "Impeach", and that number was more than half the number of active registered players. This paragraph, and the preceding one, take precedence over all rules dealing with Hearings in so far as is necessary.

When the holder of a Position is removed from office, they lose that Position, and simultaneously the player who called for the Impeachment gains that Position.

No player may call for an Impeachment more often than once per calendar week, nor may any player have an Impeachment called against them more than once per calendar week. Any attempt to call for an Impeachment which would violate any of these conditions fails.
@@@

Create a new rule, numbered 750, named "The Position of Speaker", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
The Position of Speaker is given to illuminati fnord, and this sentence is then removed. There is one Position of Speaker.

The Position of Speaker has the following Duties:
1. The Speaker must track the Rules.
2. The Speaker must track Proosals historically.
3. The Speaker must track CFJs historically.
4. The Speaker must track Bug-Hunts historically.
5. The Speaker must track Shocks historically.

The Position of Speaker has no Privileges.

The Position of Speaker has the following Payments:
1. The Speaker receives 15 Donuts per week. @@@ Create a new rule, numbered 755, named "The Position of Stuff-Meister", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
The Position of Stuff-Meister is given to Head, and this sentence is then removed. There is one position of Stuff-Meister.

The Position of Stuff-Meister has the following Duties:
1. The Stuff-Meister must track scores.
2. The Stuff-Meister must track entities, and ownership thereof.
3. The Stuff-Meister must track entrance requirements.
4. The Stuff-Meister must track Supreme Court Appeals historically.
5. The Stuff-Meister must track titles.
6. The Stuff-Meister must track Cycles and winners of Cycles historically.

The Position of Stuff-Meister has no Privileges.

The Position of Stuff-Meister has the following Payments:
1. The Stuff-Meister receives 15 Donuts per week.
@@@

Amend rule 1115 by replacing the current text with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
There is one Sceptre of Pedantry. This is a non-transferable entity, which is always owned by the current Grand Pedantic Wizard.
@@@

Amend rule 1116 by replacing the current text with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
The title of Grand Pedantic Wizard becomes a position. Head is given the Position of Grand Pedantic Wizard. This sentence and the preceding 2 are removed. There is one Position of Grand Pedantic Wizard.

The Position of Grand Pedantic Wizard has the following Duties:
1. If he receives any proosal from a player who states, "Please make this work." he will evaluate and reword that proosal if he deems it necessary and return it to the player.
2. The Grand Pedantic Wizard may at no time reveal what proosals he has amended in this way, or which players have received his advice.

The Position of Grand Pedantic Wizard has the following Privileges:
1. He may mock the wording of any proosal not submitted by himself by stating publicly, "I decree that this proosal sucketh", he may then offer an explanation for the crapness of such a proosal.
2. He may praise the wording of any proosal not submitted by himself by stating publicly, "This proosal is pedantic to a masterful degree."

A player may pay 10 donuts to activate the Jukebox. When he does so he should specify a song contained in the Jukebox which will then begin playing continuously for three days.

Rule 193 Old School Tie.

Any player who has been a non-vegetable player in the game for three months or more
automatically gains the title of "An Old Boy." This title allows the player to vote in proosals designated "A Matter For the Old Boys" by the speaker.

When the speaker distributes a proosal he has the option of making it "A Matter For the Old Boys" by placing the qouted text at the top of the proosal. This has the following effect, only players with the title 'Old Boy' may vote on this proosal, the qourum for such a proosal is altered to a minimum of 50% of those players with the title Old Boy, also for the proosal to be accepted 2/3rds of the old boys must vote in favour of it. Do not repay a player if he did not vote for this proosal.

Create a new rule, numbered 1113, entitled the double quote delimited "Dollars" with the following $$$ delimited test.

$$$

There exist entities known as dollars. If a number is proceeded by the double quote delimited "$", the number refers to a number of dollars.

The Donut Warehouse is given $666 and this sentence is removed.

$$$

Create a new rule numbered 1310, entitled the double quote delimited "Business As Usual", with the following $$$ delimited text:

$$$

A player may declare any zone that he owns a "business venture" if the zone has no entrance requirements.

Business ventures can have no entrance requirements, and can not be declared common ground. Once declared a business venture, the title may be removed only if the zone has been a business venture for thirty days.

At the beginning of every calendar week, each player is given one dollar from the Donut Warehouse for every business venture that he owns.

If the Donut Warehouse ever lacks sufficient dollars to reward all players adequately, the players are paid for one zone at a time, with the players being paid in alphabetic order according to name. [ This is the Jelly Game proosal I RFCd a while ago. Improvements
over the original mainly suggested by arosor. ]

Enact as rule 760, with the double-quote delimited name "The position of JellyBaby", the following text delimited by TEDIUM

TEDIUM
There is one position of JellyBaby.

The position of JellyBaby has the following duties:
1. The JellyBaby must track the game of Juggling Jelly.

The position of JellyBaby has no privileges

The position of JellyBaby has the following payment:
1. The JellyBaby recieves one Donut per month.
TEDIUM

Bestow the position of JellyBaby upon Grimace.

Enact as rule 1660, with the double-quote delimited name "Juggling Jelly", the text delimited by PINGU=GOD

PINGU=GOD
At any time, the JellyBaby may publically announce the beginning of a game of Jelly Juggling. All Players except the JellyBaby may then join the game by publically announcing their wish to do so. He may not announce the beginning of a game if there is already a game in progress.

When the JellyBaby is satisfied that all Players who wish to play the game have had a decent chance to do so, he may begin the first round. This must be at least three days after he announced the game beginning.

In the rest of this rule, the term Jugglers refers only to those Players who have joined the current game of Juggling Jelly.

When a round starts, each player is given a Jelly. Jellies are entities which may only be transferred or destroyed as explicitly detailed in this rule.

[ arosor didn't like the wording of that, but I'm not sure why not. If it's serious, perhaps a bughunt might be employed? ]

A Player's Move in Juggling Jelly consists of an email to the JellyBaby which details explicitly how the Player's Jellies should be distributed to the other Players.
A Player may make no more than one Move each Round.

[ An example would be 'I keep two of my Jellies, give one to Bob, and
four to Simon' -- assuming such Players existed and the Moving Player
had sufficient Jellies to accomplish the task. ]

Should a Move leave a Player with a negative number of Jellies, or attempt to transfer Jellies to a non-Player entity, it fails. The JellyBaby must publically announce the failure of a Move.

Once the JellyBaby has received Moves for the current Round from all Players, three things happen, in this order:

1) Jellies are transferred according to the Moves received by the
JellyBaby in that Round. 2) The Player (or Players) with the most Jellies is (are) excluded
from the game, and all Jellies they own are destroyed. 3) If there are still Players remaining, and no Winner, a new Round
   begins.

There are two possible Winning criteria:

1) There is one remaining Player, in which case he is declared Winner.
2) There are two remaining Players, both with the same number of
Jellies. In this case, both Players are declared Winners.

When the game is Won, the Winning Player(s) gain 1 Wise Moon Apple for each Jelly they own. All Jellies are then destroyed, and the game ends.

PINGU=GOD

Finally, enact as rule 1653 with the double-quote delimited name "Gelatinous Wristwatch", the text delimited by YAFFLE.

YAFFLE
A player gains a Gelatinous Wristwatch if they have won the most games of Juggling Jelly. A player loses a Gelatinous Wristwatch if ever they fail to qualify for gaining one.

There exist other games which may be seen as similar to RFN. These games shall be referred to collectively as "other, inferior Nomics".

It is hereby recognized that it is RFN's Manifest Destiny to rule over all other, inferior Nomics, the rest of the internet, and, in fact, the rest of the Universe.

***

Create a new rule, numbered 1810, entitled "That's No Moon" with the following as body:

***
The Speaker shall post a Usenet message to the Usenet group alt.games.nomic, with the subject "Finders Keepers" and the body "I claim this newsgroup in the name of RFN!" This paragraph is then removed.

On the day of the passage of this rule, it is recognized that alt.games.nomic has been abandoned. Therefore, RFN claims it as its own.

Players may post messages to alt.games.nomic discussing Star Wars, songs on the RFN Jukebox, and other subjects alluded to in RFN rules.

***

Ammend rule 1202 by appending the following new paragraph:

***

(7) Players must not mention RFN or other, inferior Nomics on alt.games.nomic unless they are feigning ignorance of these subjects or are compelled to by the rules.

Change the entirety of Rule 1660 to read as delimited by ***.

***
At any time, the JellyBaby may publically announce the beginning of a game of Juggling Jelly. All Players except the JellyBaby may then join the game by publically announcing their wish to do so. The JellyBaby may not announce the beginning of a game if there is already a game in progress.

When the JellyBaby is satisfied that all Players who wish to play the game have had a decent chance to do so, he may begin the first round. This must be at least three days after he announced the game beginning.

In the rest of this rule, the term Juggler refers only to those Players who have joined the current game of Juggling Jelly.

When a round starts, each Juggler is given a Jelly. Jellies are entities which may only be transferred or destroyed as explicitly detailed in this rule.

A Juggler's Move in Juggling Jelly consists of an email to the JellyBaby which details explicitly how that Juggler's Jellies should be distributed to the other Jugglers.

A Juggler may make no more than one Move each Round.

Should a Move leave a Juggler with a negative number of Jellies, or attempt to transfer Jellies to a non-Juggler entity, it fails. The JellyBaby must publically announce the failure of any Move.

Once the JellyBaby has received Moves for the current Round from all Jugglers, three things happen, in this order:

1) Jellies are transferred according to the Moves received by the
   JellyBaby in that Round.

2) The Juggler (or Jugglers) with the most Jellies is (are) excluded
from the game, and all Jellies they own are destroyed.

3) If there are still Jugglers remaining, and no Winner, a new Round
   begins.

There are two possible Winning criteria:

1) There is one remaining Juggler, in which case he is declared Winner.
2) There are two remaining Jugglers, both with the same number of
Jellies. In this case, both Jugglers are declared Winners.

When the game is Won, the Winning Juggler(s) gain 1 Wise Moon Apple for each Jelly they own. All Jellies are then destroyed, and the game ends.

Create a new rule numbered 1411, named "Nominations", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
A Rule may specify circumstances under which a Nomination is called. When this happens, the Caller shall publicly announce that a Nomination has been called, citing the rule that requires it and the circumstances that brought it about. As of this announcement, the Nomination is in session.

The Speaker shall be the Caller unless the rules specify someone else for that duty for a particular Nomination.

While the Nomination is in session, each non-Vegetable Player may Nominate himself for that Nomination, and so be named a Nominee, provided he is Eligible for that Nomination.

All players are Eligible for a Nomination, unless the rules state otherwise.

Any attempt to Nominate oneself that does not unambiguously identify the Nomination it is in response to, even if only one Nomination is in progress, is invalid.

The Nomination shall end when it has been in session for three days, unless another rule defines a longer period of time for a particular Nomination. When it ends, it ceases to be in session.

When a Nomination has ended, there will be a list of Nominees, made up of the names of all those who Nominated themselves, which the Caller must report.
@@@

Create a new rule, numbered 1415, named "Elections", with the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
When the Rules specify that an Election is to be held, the Caller shall first call for a Nomination for that Election, citing the Election it is for when he Calls it. When that Nomination has ended, the list of Nominees it produces shall become the list of Candidates for the Election. If any players are not Eligible for an Election, then they shall not be Eligible for the Nomination for that Election.

If the Rules state that the list of Candidates for a particular Election is to be determined in some other way, then that shall take precedence over the preceding paragraph.

The Caller shall then call the Election, which is a Hearing, the valid responses for which shall be the list of Candidates.

When the Election has ended, the verdict shall be the player who has been Elected.
@@@

Amend rule 701 by appending the following @@@ delimited text:
@@@
If at any time a Position has no Holder, then an Election for that Position shall be held, with the Speaker as Caller. If at any time the Position of Speaker has no holder, then any player may Call an election for it. Whoever is Elected shall then become the Holder of that Position.

Add the following new paragraphs, delimited by ***, to the beginning of rule 230 ('Proosal Format'):

***
Proosal format is not a thing to inspire pedantry. Well, not unless it's really, really bad proosal format. Otherwise, if the intent of a proosal is clear, then it should be interpreted in the most obvious manner.

It's widely accepted that strings consisting of three of more punctuation marks (ie, '***', '$$$') are oft used as rule text delimiters. It's also accepted that the double and single quote marks are used to delimit smaller text strings. Such usage should be obvious.

Enact as rule 1140, with the double-quote-delimited title "Defending the fort", the following text delimited by ***:

***
Players may install a single Big Cannon in any Zone they own, by publically stating the Zone they wish to add a Cannon to, and paying 50 donuts. If that Zone already has a Cannon, the action fails.

Players may fire a Big Cannon at a target Zone either in the same row or in the same column as itself (but not including itself) and paying 50 donuts for ammunition and gunpowder. Any players in the target Zone immediately become dead if they are not already. Making living players dead in this way is an act of murder.

Alternatively, a player may 30 donuts to fire a Theivin' Gribbley instead of a cannonball. Theivin' Gribbleys look somewhat like stubby giraffes. The Theivin' Gribbley will steal a randomly chosen possession from a randomly chosen Player in the target Zone, then run to (1,1), drop the possession, and hurl itself off the edge of the Map into oblivion. If there are no Players in the target Zone, the Theivin' Gribbley will wander about confusedly for a moment before abruptly dying of boredom.

Amend rule 1660, ("Juggling Jelly") by replacing the entire text with the following *** delimited text, unless a game of jelly juggling is currently taking place, in which case amend the rule after the current game ends:

***

I. Preparing a Game:

If there is not a game of Jelly Juggling currently in progress, the JellyBaby may start one. All Players except the JellyBaby may then join the game by publicly announcing their intention to do so.

When the JellyBaby is satisfied that players have had a decent chance to do so, he may begin the first round. This must occur between three days and two weeks from the time that he announced the game. If two weeks pass from the time the JellyBaby announced the start of the game and he has not began the first round, the game will be canceled.

II. Definitions:

In the rest of this rule, the term Juggler refers to a player who has joined the current game of Jelly Juggling. A Jelly is an entity which may only be owned, created, transferred or destroyed as explicitly detailed in this rule. Jellies may be owned by Jugglers and animate entities specifically granted the ability to own Jellies. Such entities are said to be 'Jelly certified'.

A Juggler's Move in Juggling Jelly consists of an email to the JellyBaby which details explicitly how that Juggler's Jellies should be distributed to the other Jugglers.

III. Basics of Play:

At the beginning of each round, every Juggler is given one Jelly. Each Juggler then privately submits his Move to the JellyBaby. Should a Move leave Juggler with a negative number of Jellies, or attempt to transfer Jellies to an entity that is neither a Juggler nor Jelly certified, it fails. The JellyBaby must publicly announce the failure of any Move, and the general reason why it failed, however it would be considered impolite to disclose more of the Move then needed.

If after one week from the beginning of a round one or more Jugglers have not submitted a Move, a default Move of distributing none of thier Jellies is assumed.

Once the JellyBaby has received or assumed Moves for all the Jugglers, three things happen, in this order:

1) Jellies are transferred according to the Moves received by the
   JellyBaby in that Round.

2) The Juggler (or Jugglers) with the most Jellies is (are) excluded
from the game, and all Jellies they own are destroyed.

3) If there are still Jugglers remaining, and no Winner, a new Round
   begins.

IV. Winning a Game:

There are two possible winning criteria:

1) There is one remaining Juggler, in which case he is declared the winner.
2) All remaining Jugglers would be excluded from the game, in which case they are all declared winners.

When the game is Won, the Winning Juggler(s) gain 1 Wise Moon Apple for each Jelly they own. All Jellies are then destroyed, and the game ends.

V. Juggling Slugs

Juggling Slugs are animate, named, Jelly certified entities that resemble Jellies with arms. Three Juggling Slugs exist and are owned by the JellyBaby. They are named the double quote delimited "Juggling Slug X", where X is an integer from 1 to 3. The JellyBaby is responsible for all random determinations involving Juggling Slugs.

If a game of Juggling Jelly begins with more than four Jugglers, then all Jellies transferred to a Juggling Slug during a move will be divided by the integer at the end of that specific Juggling Slug's name, rounding down to the nearest integer. This number of Jellies will be immediately transferred to a number of randomly selected Jugglers equal to the integer at the end of the Juggling Slug's name. All Jellies still owned by the Slug will be destroyed.

If, however, a game of Juggling Jelly begins with four or less players, Juggling Slugs will be able to retain a number of Jellies equal to the number at the end of the specific Juggling Slug's name times the number of the current Round. If the number of Jellies owned by a Juggling Slug ever exceeds that allowance, all the Jellies owned by that Slug will be divided and distributed randomly, as described in the preceding paragraph.

[ Better Zones Proosal. 1301 tries to do to much at once. I'm attempting
to split it up and make it (dare I say) a bit more logical. ]

Perform the following actions sequentially.

Renumber Rule 1310 to 1350 and Rule 1305 to 1340, to give us some breathing space.

Renumber Rule 1301 to 1360, as we shortly won't be needing it any more and it's in the way.

Repeal Rule 1303.

Enact the following as Rule 1301, named "What is the Map?".
###
The Map is a square grid of Zones, with the rows and columns identified sequentially by the numbers 1 to 9.
###

Enact the following as Rule 1302, named "What is a Zone?".
***
Zones are transferable entities. They are square.

All Zones have a Grid Reference, in the form (column, row) - where 'column' and 'row' are the numbers of the column and the row the Zone resides in on the Map. A Zone may be unambiguously identified by it's Grid Reference.

All Zones also have a Name, consisting of a text string which may be altered at any time by the Zone's Owner (Nobody Else). If a Zone has not had a Name specified, it's Name becomes it's Grid Reference.

All Zones have Entrance Requirements, consisting of a text string which may be altered at any time, but only by the Zone's owner.

Where two Zones have Grid References in which column and/or row differ by no more than 1, the two Zones are adjacent.

[ Practically speaking, this just means that Zones are adjacent if they are
situated side-by-side or diagonally next to eachother ]
***

Enact the following as Rule 1303, named "Common Ground".
!!!
A Zone may be Common Ground. Common Ground Zones have no Entrance Requirements - that is to say, their Entrance Requirements consist of a blank string.

The Owner of a Zone with no Entrance Requirements may state he is changing that Zone to Common Ground. The specified Zone becomes Common Ground, and the Owner gains 50 donuts. Zones which are already Common Ground may not be changed to Common Ground in this way (as that would be silly.)

No players may buy Common Ground. No Players may change the Entrance Requirements of Common Ground.
!!!

Repeal Rule 1360, as we've now 'transferred' all it's concepts to the new version and hopefully won't lose anything.

Enact the following as Rule 1304, named "Movement".
&&&
Players may move between Zones by publically specifying their destination Zone.

The Player must have a clear path to the destination Zone, and must meet the Entrance Requirements to every Zone in the clear path, except the Start Zone.

A clear path is a sequence of Zones, including Start and Destination Zones, where each successive Zone is adjacent to the previous one.

All entities owned by a Player, except Zones, are located in the same Zone as their Owner, and move with their Owner.

New Players start the game in Zone (1,1). They have 72 hours after their registration with which to choose another Zone to start in, and provided they satisfy the Entrance Requirements, they will be immediately transported straight there.
&&&

Enact the following as Rule 1305, named "Buying Zones".
$$$
A Player may buy the Zone he is located in, provided it is not already owned by a Player, and the buyer is the only Player in the Zone. Buying a Zone in this way costs 100 donuts.

1. The removal of extraneous punctuation in 1150.

Change the first paragraph of Rule 1150 ("Still a pretty neat idea") to read as follows:
***
Status in Radio Free Nomic is denoted by Digital Wristwatches, often referred to merely as Watches. Watches are non-transferable, non-discardable entities. Players should be proud of their collection of Digital Wristwatches. The opposite to Watches are Pants - no Players are proud of their Pants. If you are proud of your Pants, something is wrong. Pants are also non-transferable, non-discardable entities. They are referred to singly as 'a pair of Pants'.

2. The fixing of pesky infinitely-firing clauses.

4) The speaker randomly selects a word with that sentence.

5) Immediately after the last letter of that word, the quoted string " fnord" is inserted into the rule.
