The following proposal has been ratified explicitly by Psmith and 
implicitly by everyone else and so shall be brought into effect with the 
removal of Rule 156 and the addition of a new Rule 158 one hour from the 
timestamp on this message.

Non-Introspective Robot [jwalrus]

Delete Rule 156.

Enact the following rule: "The active player may, during his or her turn, 
take at most two of the following actions (either two different or the same 
action twice): * Move the robot. * Cause the kitten to move to a room 
randomly selected from the list of rooms connected to the kitten's 
location. * Cause the robot to examine an entity randomly selected from the 
list of entities which are not the robot and whose locations are equal to 
the robot's location."
