For this round, change base rules to read like this:

Base Laws of the Feigned Rule Club

  1. Laws of Play. There shall be two types of Laws of Play: base laws and feigned rules. Feigned rules shall not change the play save as set forth in the base laws.
  2. Who Can Play. A guy may join this club by means of a post in the game court which says e wants to join. A guy in the club may leave the club at such time as e wants. [The word "guy" is used here with no sense of sex.]
  3. Start of a Round and how to post Rules. When a round of play ends, a new round should start as soon as it can. The (new) Judge shall set the time of the start of the round, and e may say what would be a good theme for the round and pick a guy in the club to post the first feigned rule. All guys but the Judge in the club are clear to play as if they had sent in a sound feigned rule at the start of the round. Just those guys who are clear to play may post feigned rules. The Judge is not clear to play.
  4. Clear to play. Each sound feigned rule makes the guy who wrote it clear to play for one week (2 + 5 days) from time the rule was sent, less one (1) day for each vile feigned rule sent in by the same guy since the sound made up rule was sent.
  5. End of Game. At such a time as just one guy is clear to play, (a) all made up rules are junked (b) the round ends (c) the sole guy who is clear to play wins that round and is the new Judge for the next round.
  6. Judge. The Judge is the guy who says what the laws mean and has to find out if feigned rules are sound. If a feigned rule does not mesh with its own self, sound feigned rules that came first, or the base laws, then the Judge shall find that rule to be vile or out of luck, else e shall find it to be sound.
6a. A feigned rule can not be found out of luck save when the sole rule or rules it does not mesh with are feigned rules for which it is safe to think that the guy who wrote the rule had not seen them yet when e sent in the rule.

6b. Judge quits. The Judge may quit eir job as Judge if e names a new guy who would be glad to serve as Judge in eir place for the rest of the round.
[The new Judge is not clear to play once the old Judge quits.]

7. Style Points. For each feigned rule sent in, the Judge shall give from naught less three (0 - 3) to three (3) points. The Judge may give the points as e sees fit. At the end of a Round the guy with the most Style Points will be the Wiz in the next Round.

8. Bars on Might of Judge. What the Judge finds may be changed if a bill is made to do so and at least two (2) guys vote for it out of each three (3) guys in the club who vote on that bill in three (3) days from the time that bill is sent in.

Slow Judge. If the Judge does not judge a feigned rule by three (3) days from when it is sent in, play shall go on as though the Judge had found it sound.

9. Change. The base laws of the game may be changed if a bill is sent in to do so and at least two (2) guys vote for it out of each three (3) guys in the club who vote on that bill in one week (2 + 5 days) from the time that bill is sent in.
Change for One Round. The base laws of the game may be changed for just one round if a bill is sent in to do so and at least two (2) guys vote for it out of each three (3) guys in the club who vote on that bill in three (3) days from the time that bill is sent in.

10. Where to Do Things. All this stuff must be done by posts for all to see in the game court. The Judge may set just where and what form the court takes.
