Proposal 66!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a Transport is commanded to Pledge Service to Dwayna/Lyssa (and it can do either since it isn't a Monk or Mesmer), what happens to the units inside the Transport? The Transport isn't actually destroyed, but it is no longer a Transport! I'm guessing this would cause a pause.
