I also noticed that earlier I was completely able to do anything: I kept receiving timeout errors (the same kind as my previous ones). I even tried restarting IE, and that didn't work. It was as if the server didn't want to send anything back to me. I don't recall the exact time it was occurring, but I don't think it was while you were fixing the other issues. I think lowering the rigidity of the interleaving setting might have made things worse after all...
