- Proposal #45
- Proposed by THE CHEESE
- Accepted by a vote of 4-2. Added section 4 to rule XVII.
a player may remove a railroad from any square he/she owns
- Comments: OK, although I can't really see a reason to do so.
- Proposal #46
- Proposed by Kwyjibo
- Rejected by a vote of 4-2.
Any player may use railroads, regardless of their status (such as being bankrupt or passed out).
- Comments: Nice try :-P
- Proposal #47
- Proposed by ChocolateChip
- Accepted by a vote of 4-2. Modified section 3 of rule XIX.
For the sake of continuing the Skunk's effects...
If the Skunk lands on a Mall, a random selected block type is selected out of all possible block types, and then all possible groups of squares on the board that could legally create a block of that type are enumerated. A randomly selected group (if any exist) becomes a block of the selected type, free of charge to the owners. Only squares that are owned but not already part of a block are considered when enumerating all possible groups of squares.
If the Skunk lands on a Legislative Building, the player closest to the Skunk (with "closest being defined in terms of distance as in rule VI-13), will receive an item known as a "Fake ID". A Fake ID, when used, will allow the player to receive one additional vote on one proposal. If two or more players are equal distance from the Skunk, then all of those players receive a Fake ID.
If the Skunk lands on the Bank, all players who have a Credit Card have their credit limits increased by 50%.
- Comments: Insanity! Yay!
- Proposal #48
- Proposed by Silver Car
- Accepted by a vote of 5-1. Modified section 2 of rule XXIV.
Glue is way too powerfull. I propose that all future glue placed on squares will disappear after one person is caught by it (instead of 3). This will only apply to future glue usage, not glue that is already on squares before this proposal.
- Comments: Good idea, players were making insane amounts of money with glue.
