  suggested that DH be repealed and then recast at some later date - this 
  EP seeks to put that in motion.

Repeal Rule 1.8.1 (Dollis Hill Loop) 

[Amendment: And Then a Step To the Riiiiiight] 
Amend Rule 1.7.2 (Pre-Move Actions) to remove the Action of [Dollis 
Sidestep].
