Pythonomic is a ProgrammingNomic like PerlNomic, wherein rules exist only insofar as the code allows or disallows particular actions by its users. Proposals are executed as python code that is run if the proposal passes. In this sense, it is more of an open platform with fully democratic contribution rules than a classic Nomic, though it has the potential to become literally anything that can be expressed in code.
It launched on Dec 1 2006, and is actively seeking new players.
