Perlnomic is an implementation of Nomic in Perl available at 
http://nomic.info/perlnomic/ .
It was originally hosted at http://perlnomic.org/ but disappeared when its hosting fees were not paid; the current version began with the source as it was shortly before the original version went offline.
Ross Morgan-Linial? implemented what was probably the first version of perlnomic sometime between 1996 and 1999. Oerjan and harvel were players, among others.
