NooPolis, started in Summer 2007, is a nomic that uses a JspWiki? with some customization.
The basic ruleset, called the "ConStitution?", is based on the idea of virtual digital MicroNation?, where the rules of collaboration can be modified by anybody, if compliant with the current ruleset. We started with a ConStitution? in German language, but we switched to English in January 2008. NooPolis is open for new players at any time, but currently requires invitation from an existing player. NooPolis has a currency called KayGroschen?. The "state budget" is managed by democratic votings. Citizens can transfer KayGroschen? and create start-ups with shareholders.
