The game does not have an explicit 'mailing list' - rather, it operates using the built-in Livejournal user interface. The main page serves the equivalent function for the players.
Status:
As of 23 April 2008, Nomicide possesses AliveStatus and OpenStatus, and has begun a Constitutional Convention for Game 3.
