From time to time, players of EmailNomics have tried to develop ways for their Nomics to interact with each other (For example, InterNomic.) Some have tried to develop ways for Nomics to fight each other.
On August 13, 1996, DougChatham posted a proposal for an Internet Convention
for the Conduct of Nomic War. It can be found at 
http://www.nomic.net/~board/phorum/read.php?f=1&i=52&t=52 and in the NomicFtpRepository in the articles subdirectory. As far as we know, no Nomics have actually followed that convention.
If anyone has a good nomic war story, here would be a good place for it.
