Human Point Two is an Agoran partnership formed in 2007-04 by Murphy and Quazie, similar to the PineapplePartnership. In 2007-05, it won the game by using recursive partnerships (Human Point Three through Human Point Fourteen) to out-vote the other players, leading to a series of proposals to place reasonable limits on partnership votes and recursive membership.
At the end of the lengthy legal process to determine the validity of partnerships, Human Point Two delivered the appeal judgement that finally established that partnerships were persons and thus entitled to play, judge, and so on. Due to some careful tracking of dual states, this does not cause the epistemological problem that it superficially appears to. In the hypothetical situation where partnerships were not valid, it was instead Murphy who delivered the final appeal judgement, with identical wording.
