GloNomic is a turn-based Nomic designed to keep the Initial Rules simple and easy to change. A Glossary is employed in order to keep the Initial Rules easy to understand yet unambiguous. The Rules are ordered to give a sense of hierarchy.
In addition to a Proponent and Judge, there is a special position called the Registrar, whose job it is to keep things updated. However, the game officially goes on whether the Registrar updates them or not.
The first game started on 2004/1/28 and was won by Jack? on 2004/7/19, during Turn 13.
The second game started on 2004/7/25 with a new ruleset, and is on Turn 14 as of 2004/10/25.
