Fish-Face is a mad sort of chap, who found Nomic and created a bulletin board out of it in the same day. Such was his love for it. His board, NomicBoard, uses phpBB, to avoid faffing around with all that mailing list stuff.
He is interested in Nomic as a game, a social/political study, and as a "Mad Competition," with such rules as "All proposals must begin with 'Hark unto me, hear my proposal,' be said in a Russian Accent and with a finger on your nose." If playing with him, make sure you are aware of this.
