Blind Toby Nomic is an attempt to bring back the glory and mystery of the original Blind Nomic.
As I imagine happened with the original Blind Nomic, the game has become too much a burden to maintain while holding down a regular job, eating, sleeping, and otherwise living life. It's actually been dead for quite a while. I'm just cleaning up the Nomic Database entry for it.
