Proposal 302 - Wishful Thinking Amend the text of Rule 202 to the following:
202. One turn consists of two parts in this order: (1) any player may propose one rule-change and have it voted on, and (2) If the proposal is passed, the proposing player may then subtract 291 from the ordinal number of their proposal, multiply the result by the fraction of favorable votes it received, and add the result to their Points (rounded to the nearest integer).
