Rules
The rules of WikiNomic consist of all pages on this Wiki which have a WikiName beginning with the string "Rule" and which contain a link to WikiNomicRuleset.
Anyone may change the rules or gamestate to anything as long as it doesn't prevent, unreasonably restrict, or unequally restrict the rule/gamestate changing privileges of all players. Any changes to the rules or gamestate should be briefly summarised in the Update Log at the top of the page which was changed. (If more than five such summaries exist, the earlier ones may be moved to the bottom of the page. They may not be deleted.)
WikiNomia
Actions in WikiNomic take place in the nation of WikiNomia. Players may add as they like to the pages describing WikiNomia and its regions, cities, and so forth. All subgames of WikiNomic must contain a specification of where they take place (at the city level, or its equivalent for rural activities). A Player may not be in more than one place (i.e. city, or equivalent) at a time.
Titles
Players may bestow Titles upon another player, or revoke them. To alter one's own Title is exceedingly improper, and looked down upon with much scorn and tsking.
Time, Date, and NationalHolidays
The time and date of this WikiNomic is the time and date in WikiNomia, which is (by coincidence) the same time and date as in panama. When a time or a date is used in this WikiNomic, we always refer to the time in WikiNomia. The current time and date in WikiNomia can be easily seen
here.
Certain days are designated as NationalHolidays in WikiNomia; these are enumerated and described on the NationalHolidays page.
