Rule

Players may, at any time, request the contents of a long-lived Official Document. The Player responsible for that Document must then supply a replica of that document to the reqesting player in an easily-readable form (preferrably electonic mail, but other forms may be negotiated between the requesting player and the Document holder) as soon as possible.
