A Player may possess zero or more Tucs, but not less than zero. Initially all Tucs shall be placed in the Reserve. No Tuc transfers between Players and/or Nomic Entities shall be made other than permitted by the Rules.
There shall also be an Officer written on the Roll, known as the Banker, who shall keep an accurate record of how many Tucs each Player possesses and how many Tucs are in the Reserve.
