Append the following to the end of rule 11, inactive elimination:
A player who is eliminated via inactive elimination cannot be saved by simply
losing points (as per rule 18, Pointer.)

Also, add the following [for correlation] to rule 18, points: A player who is
eliminated via inactive elimination cannot be saved by simply losing points.

In Rule 17 (Forced Success), replace "The player who receives it for the round
has a vote twice that of the usual"
with "The player who receives it for the round has a vote thrice that of the
usual" and also replace "his/her vote counts as if it were two FORs" with
"his/her vote counts as if it were three FORs".
