Proposal 027 - Jury Service

The jury mechanism is pretty vague at the moment. So in Rule 16 (Return from Beyond), replace "Once the game is down to it's final two contestants, the jury will decide which of the two individuals is the winner." with:-
"If only two players remain, members of the jury may post to the mailing list nominating either of these Players. If either player is ever nominated by more than half of the jury, that player wins immediately. Otherwise the game continues."

Proposal 028 - Another Dilemma

Any player who votes against or does not vote on this proposal will lose seven points. However, if every player votes for this proposal, all but one randomly selected player will lose all their points.
