Amend rule 202 by replacing the following SLOW-delimited text:

SLOW
(1) Within the first five days of the week, each citizen may draft up to
one proposition for discussion and
amendment. By the end of the five day period, all propositions must
be submitted to the Minister of Records by the
draftee of the original proposition.

with the following FASTER-delimited text.

amendment. By the end of the five day period, all propositions must
be submitted to the Minister of Records by the
draftee of the original proposition.

NOTE TO JEFF, not a part of the proposition: this is assuming i can
"change" my previous prop.

Whatever you may think, i'm not trying to break the game. I just got
carried away. I think that you and I may have different views of what a
nomic game should be. I get the impression that your idea of a nomic would
correspond more to the poli-sci aspect. Mine corresponds to (i apologize
for using a word you find distasteful) the harfy aspect. If this is true
(you do in fact disagree strongly with my metagame opinions) and you think
that my actions will be a disruptive influence on your nomic, i will leave;
I don't want to impose. I do want experience with a small, new, nomic, but
i can get that elsewhere if you would prefer.
