As your new dictator, anything Tom or Gabe says is to be ignored, until I
lose my power, or I say so. I am also passing Propositions 1001, and
1003. I am also removing the last sentance of 1004 (which doesn't matter
much anyways, but it should go for clarity). I will also fix law 211, so
that I may never do this again. I will do this before the voting period
has begun.
