I declare myself dictator of the game of Simplex, by law 115. I may do
anything I please, regardless of what anyone has said, or may say, or what
any law may do or say. I will step down within one week, so continue game
play as normal. At this time, I intend on letting the vote happen as
normaly scheduled. I'm just amending the problems that led me here, and a
few other minor problems.
