OK, I didn't understand your point originally but I think I get it now:

1) If the exploit block actually "happens" mid update, all exploits that update are covered.

2) If the exploit block happens with the other actions, there's a chance that it won't cover everything.

3) If "using the exploit" is considered to happen at the time the action is requested, then the exploit block definitely won't cover anything before it is posted.

In case 1, the exploit block happens before any abuses of it. In case 2 the randomized order of actions would determine what is covered by the exploit block. In case 3 the order the actions are submitted would determine what is covered. So I guess my exploit block posted below would matter only if case 2 or 3 is true.

Ouch my brain hurts. It's times like this I'm glad I'm not the admin :-)
