Although what THE CHEESE did is very cheap and underhanded, I don't blame him for doing it. I have played both of Jeff's previous games (Nomopoly I and Nomic Risk) and I have realized that loopholes are an unavoidable part of Jeff's games. Take a look at Nomopoly I. We had plenty of cases where players are trying to screw up the game, such as Draven intentionally putting in the UFO paradox, and of course, The Founder making 10^3000000 dollars from the bank rule.
This is a Nomic, and things like this happen. If I had found this loophole, I would have done the same thing. So although I am somewhat upset about not winning, I do not think the proposal should be vetoed, and I commend The Cheese for doing something extemely smart that I wish I had thought of.
