And now, presented here for the first time, for all you history buffs, the *full*, *complete*, *unabridged* text of the Terrible Proposals! For your information, the conspirators were: Steve, Blob, Joev, Ilt, Earthman, Eric and Matthey. Question for Blob: can you remember the reason for the obsession the Terrible Proposals display with the numbers '1', '0' and '6'? Whenever one of the Terrible Proposals requires an arbitrary number (see TPs #3, #4, #6, #7 and #9), these numbers in some combination get used. I remember there was a reason, but not what it was. Anyway, here they are! Enjoy! ---------------------- text of the Terrible Proposals ----------------------- Terrible Proposal #1: Foreign Language (Basquet Case) Proposal Subsequent to the passage of this proposal, no proposal shall pass that is not written in the Basque language.
