As pointed out by DoctorB the rules say nothing about playing by them. They also say nothing about ending the game once there's a winner.
I hereby declare that doctorb is no longer the winner of the game.
and, I declare this rule #110:
Title: Winning
Full text: To win, a player must complete the requirements of winning set forth in the rule set.
AND, this #111:
Title: Playing by the rules
Full text: All players must always abide by all the rules then in effect, in the form in which they are then in effect.

No, I did it by using the loophole DoctorB pointed out. I used it to fix itself and keep the game going.
