Proposal 141 - Proper Off Peak Fares [Amendment]

If Proposal 140 (Off Peak Fares) was passed, amend the Rule so enacted to
read:

"Every one Token of a colour may be spent as two Tokens of that colour when
the Game Time is not in Peak Hours as defined in Rule 1036."

{ Comment:
All this proposal is for is to make the definition of off-peak used in this
Proposal/Rule consistent with that used in Rule 1036.

Proposal 142 - Drone Passing [Amendment]

Append the following text to Rule 1045 (Nyurmenyurmenyurmen):

"If there is no Drone Keeper then the Drone shall be treated as Inactive as
defined in Rule 211."

{ Comment: 
Note that this effectively overrides the statement in Rule 211 that Players
are Active by default, since this means the Drone is Inactive by default. But
it also means that we don't need some attentive soul to remember to force
pass on the Drone!
}

Proposal 143 - Something Vaguely Quadranty [Amendment]

Rule 1044 (Born To Be Wild) shall have the following text appended to it:

"There may be no more than one Wild Station within each Quadrant. Stations
which lie on a Quadrant Boundary are considered to be in both Quadrants for
the purposes of this Rule."

{ Comment:
Well, we have to do *something* with Quadrants...

Note that Tottenham Court Road is always a valid wild station since, as the
Meridian, it lies in no Quadrant.
}

Proposal 144 - Allocated Zones [Enactment]

There shall be entities known as Zones, corresponding to those portrayed on
the London Underground map.

There shall be entities known as Zone Boundaries, portraying the borders
between 2 Zones.

A station is said to lie in the zone portrayed on the London Undergound map.
Where a station is positioned on a Zone Boundary, the station is considered
to lie in the lower-numbered of the two zones.

When a line segment crosses a Zone Boundary, any Token of the players choice
must be paid. This is not obligatory; however, failure to pay a Token puts
the game immediately into a state of Knip. The Action [Knipping Game] should
be performed if this occurs.

{ Comments :
    Note that moving between zones without crossing a Zone Boundary
    ie using Helicopter Shuttle or going Home, does not subject
    the player to a Zone-crossing fine [line segment doesn't cross
    the Zone Boundary.]

Proposal 145 - Home from Home [Amendment]

Replace paragraph 2 of Rule 1006 (Home Stations) with:-

   "A Player cannot have an Interchange Station as eir Home Station. A Player
    cannot have as eir Home Station a Station which is within six Stations'
    distance of Mornington Crescent."

  Comments:

  The Home Station pile-up around MC is getting a little foolish, and we
  could do with spreading the blighters out a little. Upon Enactment of this
  Proposal, all Players would have to reposition their Home Stations if they
  were illegally placed. It should make the game a little more interesting in
  terms of the battle for the Crescent...
}

Proposal 146 - Come On Down [Enactment]

Upon Enactment of this Rule, the Drone shall be moved to Mornington Crescent.
This Rule shall then Repeal itself.

  Comments:

  With no Home Station and no Tokens to Move Wildly, the poor little blighter
  can't play any sort of Move, until we get a Dollis Hill Loop or something.

  Note that this seeks to amend the Game State directly, and will thus fail
  under Rule 210 (Direct Tinkering Ban) if it receives a single AGAINST
  Vote.

Proposal 147 - A New Game [Enactment]

When a new Game begins:-

  *  All Players' Token counts and Line Velocities are reduced to zero.
  *  All Players' Home Stations and Piece Positions become undeclared.
  *  Game Time is Monday 0000.
  *  No Stations are Wild.
  *  Bridges are Down.
  *  The Game is not in Knip.
  *  There is no Drone Keeper.
  *  The Drone is at Mornington Crescent.

  That's all I can think of for the moment. Chuck in Enactment for new
  things, or anything I've forgotten.

Proposal 148 - Surface-to-Air Missile [Repeal]

Repeal Rule 1014 (Helicopter Shuttle).

  we're using.
