Proposal 131 - Something for the Week-End [Other, Multiple]

1: Immute [Enactment]

Upon Enactment of this Rule, Rule 116 will be transferred to the Mutable
subclass. This Rule will then Repeal itself.

2: Amend [Amendment]

In Rule 116 (The Week-End), replace "6:59pm" with "11:59am".

  Bit of a hack, there, but still. Just to bring the Week-End back to a
  more acceptable hour, from the Speaker's perspective.

Proposal 132 - The Big Issue [Amendment]

Reword Rule 1013 (End Homelessness in London) to read:-

"If a Player has no defined Home Station, e can only play a Pass as eir
move."

  Much of Rule 1013 is obsolete in light of forced Passing, really, and a
  fair chunk of it seems fairly superfluous in any case, the Ruleset
  having moved on since its original Enactment.

Proposal 133 - Obsolescence [Amendment]

Remove "This rule takes precedence over rule 1004." from Rule 1033
(Gordon Brown's Fair Fare).
