Proposal 125 - Camden Town Regulations [Enactment]

Whilst north of Camden Town on the Northen Line, one may be referred to as
being on the "Edgeware Branch" or the "High Barnet Branch" {Comment: To
heck with Mill Hill East, no one goes there anyway.}

If traveling from the Edgeware Branch to the High Barnet branch, or vice
versa, one must count Camden Town as two stops. Specifically, this rule
effects Line Velocity calculations. If a player's line velocity is only
enough to reach Camden town, then e should add the comment "{Changing
Trains}" to es move. If a player's line velocity is enough to rach Camden
town and change traisn, but not enough to depart the station, e should add
the comment "{Bound for x}" where "x" is the name of the branch e intends
to travel on next turn.
