In the event of more than one of these being made for the same Turn, any beyond the first are to be ignored." { Comments:- Allowing only one Player to force Passes is a bit dodgy - making it compulsory would be unhelpful since the Speaker may not be present or forget about it; allowing any Player to force a Pass seems fairer. } -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Proposal 113 - Word of the Week [Enactment] At the start of each Week, the Speaker shall select random instance of a word from the text of the Ruleset - a word that starts with a capital letter, yet is not at the start of a sentence. Any Proposals made in that Week which feature this word (outside of comments) will earn their Proposers two Kudos points. { Comments:- Just to inspire people, really. If the word's "Token", we'll get a lot of interesting Token Proposals spring up. "Dollis" will trigger some interesting Dollis Hill stuff. Whatever. Providing a carrot and a direction should move things along a bit. } --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
