Emergency Proposal 018 - Quick! Call Rentokil! [amendment]

Amend Rule 1.12.1 to include the following words at the start of the first
paragraph:

"Before playing eir first move in a Game, each Player must nominate a Station
that shall be known as eir Home Station. No Player may have more than one Home
Station."

{Comment: I smell a rat. The Rules don't currently say that a Player cannot
have more than one Home Station, so I wonder if Kevan's choice of Shepherd's
Bush is a cunning ploy...}
