Emergency Proposal 011 - Making the Move Count [Amendment]
 
Replace the first sentence of Rule 1.1.1 with the following text: 
 
"The Winner of a Game is the first Player to make a valid Player Move to 
 Mornington Crescent." 
 
{ Comment: 
  This is my interpretation of which Move is meant here. It's based on the 
  close proximity of the words 'Player' and 'Move' in the original version, 
  and on the premise that anything a Player does to change the location of 
  eir Piece during eir Turn should count. 
 
  The counter-EP should be along the lines of making it explicit that only 
  direct movement of the Player's Piece counts. 
 
  As has been suggested by miKi, it would be sensible to restrict the Judge 
  to those not playing in Game 3. 
 
  My own immediate interest in this matter is obvious, but I would also 
  like to add that if we only allow linear Piece Moves to MC then I think 
  we'd be losing an intrinsic element of MC (the game), that of variety.
