Emergency Proposal 010 - Eeny-meeny-miny-mo [Other, Multiple]

1. Amend the text of Rule 1.3.2 to read as follows:

When a new Game commences, the Order of Play shall be determined by random
selection. When a new Player joins a Game already in progress, eir position in
the Order of Play shall also be determined by random selection. The Order of
Play shall be recorded by means of a table included in the Game State Document
and may not be amended except by the addition of any new Players. It is a
Player's turn to move when the player immediately preceding em on the list has
taken eir turn. When the final Player on the list has moved it becomes the turn
of the first Player on the list to move again. This process is repeated until
the Game has been won.

2. Amend the fourth paragraph of Rule 1.1.2 (A New Game) to read as follows:

When a Game has at least three Players (including the Drone), the Order of Play
is decided by the Speaker as per Rule 1.3.2 and announced to the list, the
first Player to move being the first active Player named.

{Comment: this may not be a solution *per se* to the (perceived) Drone Keeping
problem, but at least it thwarts anyone who decides to call emself "Drond" and
means Dunx won't forever be the next player to move after the Drone. I'm
putting this forward as an Emergency Proposal because with two games just
completed, it seems like a very apposite moment for this amendment to be made}
