Emergency Proposal 009 - Polite Applause and Handshake [Amendment]

Amend Rule 1.1.1 (How to Win), from:-

  "The Winner of a Game is the first Player to make a valid Move to
   Mornington Crescent. When a Player wins a Game, that Game ends."

to:-

  "The Winner of a Game is the first Player to make a valid Move to
   Mornington Crescent.

   If a Player has made a Move to Mornington Crescent and all other Active
   Players playing that Game have acknowledged that they do not wish to Buzz
   the winning Turn, that Game ends."

  Comments:

  It's a bit ropey as it stands - miKi's win seems perfectly valid, but I
  wouldn't want to start a new Game and then have someone else point out the
  winning Move as illegal. Getting a nod from the other relevant Players
  first seems fairest.
