For this proposal, the player whose turn it currently is shall be known as the proponent. A new proposal must be submitted within 36 hours after a turn change. If a new proposal is not submitted within this period then the turn will end with no points awarded and the proponent shall be given the title of "Rotting Slacking Bastard" until such time as another player earns it. The proponent may call for a judge, who can, at their discretion, extend the time allowed.
