Inital proposal of a rule
301 Proposal to amend rule 203
This proposal, if unanimously favored, would rescind the requirement that rule changes only be adopted on unanimous approval, and would instead be enacted on a majority approval.

I'm currently planning on calling for a vote on Monday. That's three days, which should give us time to judge whether there's worthwhile conversation or debate.

So I take it you want to change the wording of 203 or rewrite it entirely. I have no complaint, but I'll withhold final judgment until I see the actual changes you want us to vote on. :-)
