There is a proverb in Esperanto: Silento estas konsento. (Silence is consent.)

Is that the case here? Is everyone withholding comment on my changes because they're okay with them?

Please don't tell me y'all have lost interest already. :-)

Sounds fine to me.

One way to make it even easier for people to follow them is to cut and paste them into the journal in addition to linking to them.

We live in a convenience-oriented world.

I once took a philosophy test in which I was asked to analyze the notion of tacit consent. I argued that it was at least partly contradictory in that consent involved an act of approval whereas tacit consent is akin to aquiescence which is slightly different. Of course, other people argue that if you accept the benefits that come with acquiescing in a decision that works to your advantage you have tacitly consented to it.

I fear we may be looking at indifference rather than tacit consent.

The rules changes sounded fine to me.
