It just seemed that it'd make it hard to keep people from getting rid of
it easily otherwise. But I didn't vote nay (did I? I retract it if I did),

Also, I'm clearly not managing to keep up with the game, so I may as well
just put myself on the Passive Voters and Passive Turn-Takers list. (By
which I mean, I do so.)
