As far as this specific mail goes however, I found out (by visiting the blinddate.org website) that it needed to be deliberately sent to our email address by someone (as well as being sent to someone elses email address for the other party). I'm vaguely planning on showing up in case the person who put this together does, just to find out who did it. --JT [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] [ Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. ] [ It's hard to seize the day when you must first grapple with the morning ] [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] ------------------------------ From: AARON KEESLER Subject: RE: (Acka) RE: Blinddate Date: Mon, 04 Jan 1999 12:45:55 -0500 (EST) Maybe someone who really, really likes nomic players? >-----Original Message----- >From: JT [SMTP:jtraub@dragoncat.net] >Sent: Monday, January 04, 1999 11:28 AM >To: 'ackanomic@ackanomic.org' >Subject: Re: (Acka) RE: Blinddate > >I'm vaguely planning on showing up in case the person who put this >together does, just to find out who did it. > >--JT > > >[-------------------------------------------------------------------------] >[ Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. ] >[ It's hard to seize the day when you must first grapple with the morning ] >[-------------------------------------------------------------------------] > > > ------------------------------ From: Bill Palmer Subject: Re: Blinddate Date: Mon, 04 Jan 1999 16:04:55 -0500 (EST) My knee-jerk reaction: run the archive through an address stripper and update Secret@maskin.ettnet.se with the entire history of the game. I think it would be best to deal with these on a single entity basis, someone should contact blinddate.org and make them block the lists from their end.
