Please note that it is highly likely that NO organization can any longer perform actions. Please also note that the rules which prevented the Diktat from performing actions according to the logic as espoused by Trent and Niccolo Flychuck (and upheld by CFJ) have NOW BEEN REPEALED. Given that organizational actions are no longer defined by the rules, they can happen in accord with the common english meaning of that phrase. I believe this is sufficient to allow the 2 active members of the Diktat to perform changes by common consensus among themselves. I suggest that the players allowed by rule 23 to change the rules make the following SUGGESTION delimited change to the rules of Ackanomic. SUGGESTION Amend rule 23 by appending the following DIKTAT delimited text DIKTAT These 4 are collectively known as the Benevolent Diktat. Each is known individually as a Diktater. DIKTAT Amend rule 106 (Voting on Proposals) by replacing the text 'is a majority of' with 'is three fifths of' SUGGESTION I approve that this group take the action as delimited by SUGGESTION. --JT ------------------------------ From: JT Subject: Acka: Proposals 3933 and 3934 Date: Mon, 28 Dec 1998 00:26:35 -0500 (EST) These props did not actually have the unity vote as the rule specifying unity votes got repealed by 3932. --JT [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] [ Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. ] [ It's hard to seize the day when you must first grapple with the morning ] [-------------------------------------------------------------------------] ------------------------------ From: Gabe Drummond-Cole Subject: Re: Acka: Proposal 3932 accepted Date: Mon, 28 Dec 1998 01:56:09 -0500 (EST) At 12:25 AM 12/28/98 -0500, you wrote: >On Mon, 28 Dec 1998 jtraub@dragoncat.net wrote: >> If this passs I'll change my own name to Eric > >I forsee a name change in your future! > >Please note that it is highly likely that NO organization can any longer >perform actions. > > > > > i would urge anyone who dislikes this current diktat to vote for P3958. -- Trent Acting CotC, Acting Map-Harfer, Butthead, Crazy French-Scotsman, Daring Adventurer, DeeJay, Dungeon Master, Grey Councillor, Really Weird, Rules-Harfer, Worker Caste, Weird ------------------------------ From: Gabe Drummond-Cole Subject: Acka: muumuu creation Date: Mon, 28 Dec 1998 01:59:48 -0500 (EST) I go to the Wilds, where I drink 1/2 a pint of Ali'i Macadamia Nut Ale to create a muumuu.
