As the Map-Harfer, I would like to point out that this leaves a requirement for the Map of the City to be 17x17. There is _no_way_known_ that you can fit such a map in a reasonable computer screen while still fitting the names of all locations and houses on it. I think that is more than enough reason to run around screaming as mandated by the rules. Interestingly, although it is a Duty of the Map-Harfer to formulate the new map, and hence this falls to the current Acting Map-Harfer, positions of kaas may be changed as the Map-Harfer sees fit. So, Trent, you cannot move anything around unless I say so. And I'm on vacation, so I can't say so, even if I wanted to, which I don't. I can't say as I'm particularly happy about this outcome.
