    (hopefully) by the time this passes, the fuzzy voting system will
    have passed, and this can be accepted and still be boring.

 Amend rule 15-2-1 (Prophets and Prophecies) by replacing all occurances of
 'Solstice day' or 'Solstice Day' that are not already followed by 'and at
 the Equinox' with 'Solstice day and at the Equinox'.
