acka-research Digest Thursday, March 18 1999 Volume: 04 Issue: 055 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Tom Walmsley Subject: Acka: A request Date: Thu, 18 Mar 1999 18:04:45 -0500 (EST) I'm doing my school statistics project on Ackanomic at the moment and one of the things I'mhoping to look at is a correlation between voting and proposing. "So what's this got to do with us?" I hear you ask. Well, it's very time consuming and very, *very* boring wading through all the voting results counting how many times all the different people have voted and I was wondering if any of you computer whizzes could write a quick script to do this if I just fed in all the email messages containing the proposal results? If it would be difficult or take a long time then don't bother but if it would be fairly easy then I'd really appreciate it if anyone could do this for me. Thank you all. -- Tom "Garbed in Gingham" Walmsley.
